Project scope

The study developed the complete exterior identity of a two-storey residence, connecting the front elevation, covered parking, rear terrace, barbecue area, pool deck and landscape into one coherent architectural proposal.

My contribution

Developed the residential BIM model and exterior architectural language
Coordinated front and rear elevations with openings, balconies and covered areas
Modelled the pool, deck, landscape and outdoor living spaces
Prepared daylight and evening visualizations for design review

THE CHALLENGE

Make technical complexity understandable.

Create a strong contemporary identity while maintaining clear vehicle access, a welcoming entrance and a connected private leisure area.

THE APPROACH

Coordinate information around the decision.

The exterior was developed as one continuous composition, using coordinated massing, openings, balconies, landscape and outdoor amenities to connect the street-facing and private sides of the residence.
